2013: Sting and Trudie attended the 'Frances Ha' premiere at The Museum of Modern Art in New York.

2009: Sting and Trudie attended the White House Correspondents Dinner, at the Washington Hilton in Washington DC.

2005: Sting and band recorded the 'Letterman' show in New York where they performed an outstanding version of 'Next To You', and also performed a three songs set for an AOL session.

2001: Sting performed at the Philips Arena in Atlanta, USA.

2000: The soundtrack album for the movie 'Dolphins' was released. More

1996: Sting performed at the Palasport in Firenze, Italy.

1993: Sting performed two shows, including a matinee, at the Greek Theatre in Los Angeles, USA.

1991: Sting performed at the Statenhal in Den Haag, Holland. The show was in aid of the Kurdish Refugees, and Sting was joined on-stage by Peter Gabriel and Sinead O'Connor. Part of the show went out live on TV across the world.

1988: Sting performed at the Stadthalle in Vienna, Austria.

1979: The Police performed at the Kingfish in Baton Rouge, USA.

 

SUMMONER'S TALES...

"One of the first bands I ever saw was Cream. I also saw the Jimi Hendrix Experience when I was 14, but then I saw Cream, and they kind of turned my head around. It was a very formative experience to see those two bands. And then I was in the Police, so the trio thing was prevalent."
